SHORT DESCRIPTION:::

To clean boiler & cooling system underway BOILER - COOLER. Scales are very damaging to the boiler because they interfere with the heat transfer and can lead to overheating and eventually, boiler rupture , To increas usable life of cleaned equipment , it is safe and effective way to remove scale deposits from all types of water-cooled and water-heated equipment. This descaler specifically formulated and developed to rapidly clean mineral scale from passages in water-cooled or heated equipment. It improves Plant Efficiency, Lowers Cost, Conserves Energy, Decreases Down-Time.
It does not contain toxic cresols or other tar oils that Require SARA Title III, Section 313 spill loss or disposal.

Do not use concentrated 1008 on aluminium surfaces

RXSOL-11-1008-025  Descaler has the ability to dissolve approximately 1.5kg of calcium carbonate scale per gallon in concentrated form. It does not need to be heated up during cleaning. The uniqueness of this Descaler allows you to clean some equipment while still in operation utilizing a minimum of your own personnel.

Highly Effective Descalant Chemical.

Introduction:

RXSOL Highly Effective Descalant Chemical is a powerful descaling chemical. Recommended for descaling if pipelines, heat exchangers, boiler tubes, vessel

jackets, cooling coils etc.

Product Specifications:

Appearance : Pale Yellow to Dark Yellow liquid

Specific Gravity : 1.02 – 1.26

pH : Acidic

Features:

>> It is incorporated with powerful corrosion inhibitor. After descaling is done, the base metal is protected.

>> Can be used for ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

Dosage:

The dosage required depends on system water chemistry and operating conditions.

RXSOL Highly Effective Descalant Chemical should be diluted with water before circulation. In case the scaling is more, or descaling is done for the 1st time,

the dilution should be done in the ratio of RXSOL Highly Effective Descalant Chemical : Water :: 1: 5

For routine, preventive maintainence purpose, the dilution can be done upto: RXSOL Highly Effective Descalant Chemical : Water :: 1:10

Our technical representative shall study the system and recommend the required dosage.

We undertake the descaling on contract basis, in which, our expert representative carries out the descaling program at

your site.

Storage and Handling

The product is supplied in HDPE corbouys. It should be stored in a cool and dry place. The shelf life is 36 months from

date of manufacture.

DO NOT USE CONTAINERS FOR POTABLE WATER STORAGE.

USE OF PERSONNEL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENTS LIKE HAND GLOVES, SAFETY GOGGLES, FACE MASK ARE

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED WHILE HANDLING THE PRODUCT.

In case of contact with skin, immediately wash with copious amount of water and soap. In case of eye contact, immediately flush with large amount of water for at least 15 minutes and get medical attention Refer to Material Safety Data Sheet for proper handling and storage of the product.

Dose

RXSOL-11-1008-025  is mixed with fresh water 3 to 20 percent depending on deposition of scaling.

The most effective method is circulation for large systems or components like boilers, evaporators, condensers, heat exchangers and generally closed systems that have the capability to circulate at a temperature of approximately 40-60°C, for 6-12 hours and solutions of 10-40% of RXSOL-11-1008-025 in water. Keep in mind that the strength of the solution is analogous to the degree of deposition of scale .
In case of small components , the soak method in an immersion bath can be used.

If the equipment to be cleaned is contaminated by oil, grease, sludge or carbonized oil, then first of all clean the system with degreaser  RXSOL-10-1005.

RXSOL-11-1008-025 should be mixed with fresh water to form a solution of 5-30%, depending on the extent of scaling.

PRECAUTION :::it is essential to thoroughly rinse all metal surfaces at least once with a 0.5% solution of  RXSOL-20-2005  (  www.rxmarine.com/alkaleen-liquid-heavy-duty-25-ltr  ) in fresh water. This solution should be circulated for 2-4 hours or until an acceptable pH value is obtained. This will neutralize any remaining acidity & passivate steel surfaces.


RXSOL-11-1008--DC should not be used on Aluminium, Zinc, Tin, or any Galvanized Surfaces for which a special grade cleaner should be used.
