It is a powerful penetrating agents and surfactants. Quickly removes carbon oil, grease, gimres, adhesive and dyes. High viscosity, heavy duty gel cleaner. Effectively removes food soils including oils, fats, protein, starch, and sugars. Successfully cleans all types of food processing equipment including ovens, grills, vats, kettles, deep fat fryers, potato chip and donut machines, and nut roasters etc.
Remarks
Avoid contact with eyes. Use goggles and hand gloves while handling the concentrate and during the dilution process. Use local exhaust ventilation as needed if spill occur.

Dose
This product can be applied undiluted with a roller, brush, or swab. It will work more quickly and efficiently if the surface to be cleaned is HOT, but not exceeding 160oF. Rinse thoroughly with potable water.
